Regarding treatment of Personal Information for recruitment process

In accordance with the Law concerning the Protection of Personal Information, the Guideline concerning the Measures taken by the Business Entity or Person to Ensure Proper Treatment of Personal Information regarding Employment Management and any other relevant laws and regulations in Japan, the Company shall treat all applicants' personal information ("Personal Information") as the following terms;

1. Purpose of Use
All Personal Information obtained by the Company through the recruitment process will, other than as required under relevant Japanese laws and regulations, only be used as it relates to the selection and on-boarding processes managed by the Human Resources and other relevant divisions.
2. Control of Personal Information
The Company shall strictly control Personal Information obtained by the Company through the recruitment process. The Company shall not provide Personal Information to any third parties without prior consent of the applicant, except in cases where administration of recruiting processes are outsourced to a third party. In such cases the Company will endeavor to ensure appropriate information protection measures are in place.
3. Information Disclosure Request
Any requests or claims including disclosure of Personal Information can be made by contacting Human Resources. To request, individuals are required to complete and submit the Company's application form along with necessary documents. The Company may charge the individual for any costs associated with the request. (Details on candidates' interview results and evaluations as well as the assessment criteria for the Company's recruitment will not be disclosed in any case.)
